System still cools. Bill's a little high. But that's Florida, right? Most homeowners have no idea what's actually circulating through their home — until someone opens the unit and shows them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a tune-up take?

Most tune-ups are completed in 45–60 minutes. We're in and out without disrupting your day.

Do I need to be home?

Yes, someone 18+ needs to be present to provide access and sign off on the service.

What if you find something wrong?

We'll explain exactly what we found and give you a full quote before doing any additional work. No surprises, no pressure — ever.

How often should I get my AC tuned up?

Ideally twice a year — once before summer and once before winter. At a minimum, at least once a year. In South Florida's climate, your system runs harder than almost anywhere else in the country. Regular maintenance keeps it running efficiently and catches small issues before they become expensive ones.

I just got a new AC unit — do I still need a tune-up?

Yes — and this is one of the most common misconceptions we run into. A brand new unit doesn't mean everything connected to it is in perfect shape. Your ductwork, drain line, thermostat, existing wiring, and piping all stay the same when a new unit is installed. Drain lines can still back up and cause water damage. Ductwork can still have leaks. Even the installation itself sometimes has things that aren't quite dialed in yet. A tune-up makes sure your new system is actually running the way it should — and protects your investment from day one.
